Are the wigs and shoes included with the costumes?
Unless explicitly stated in the 'Full Set' description, wigs and shoes are sold separately to allow for custom styling and sizing.
Do you accept custom sizing requests?
Currently, we only offer fixed sizes ranging from XS to XXXL. Please check the specific product listing for available size runs.
What should I do if a costume item is out of stock?
You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. Popular items are typically restocked within 4-6 weeks.
How should I clean and maintain my cosplay?
We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent or professional dry cleaning for items with delicate trims and printing.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, a processing fee may apply as production has begun.
